Our target audience include marketing/sales executives and managers who are in the retail sector for at least a minimum of six months and wish to upskill as well as individuals who are interested in a career in e-commerce. The assumed skills and knowledge for this course are as follows: • Aged between 20 years old and above • Minimum at least 1 GCE “O” level • Able to read, listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 6; • Able to count with a proficiency equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 6 • Able to have an understanding and working knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and practices • Have basic computer literacy Level 2
